Please allow a couple of extra days when trying to choose your shipping method. USPS - UPS - FEDEX may experience delays which may include but not limited to the pandemic/employee shortage/postal holidays/weather and your package may take a day or two longer to get to you. These delays are beyond my control. Remember USPS only guarantees Express Shipping, UPS only guarantees Next Day Air and FEDEX only guarantees 2 Day AM and Overnight shipping methods.

Order Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days; depending on time of day received and volume of daily orders. Please keep in mind processing time may take up to 6 business days if you are requesting a proof or current workload is busy. Orders are only shipped out Monday thru Friday, excluding postal holidays. No orders will be shipped out on Saturdays or Sundays. A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped out.

Proof Processing: If you are requesting a proof to be sent to you before your order is printed and shipped out it will be emailed to the email address on order form within 24-96 hours Monday-Friday, excluding postal holidays and Wednesdays. Processing/shipping may be delayed until approved however if no response is received within 2 days your order may be printed and shipped out within 3-6 business days in order to avoid further delays. Please make sure to include a valid email address on your order form and to check emails frequently to avoid any processing/shipping delays. Emails may go to your spam/junk mail folders, you can avoid this by adding my email address to your contacts:

Shipping days are only estimates unless stated as guaranteed. Shipping delivery times will vary and I cannot be responsible for postal delays. Keep in mind USPS, UPS and FEDEX do not include Saturday/Sunday and postal holidays as business days, and they do not count the day your order is shipped out when estimating time frame to receive.

Shipping estimates do NOT include processing time. Processing time is 1-6 business days Monday-Friday, excluding postal holidays.

Due to the varied times that the shipping companies do daily pickups it is NOT guaranteed your order will ship out on the same day you placed it, please keep this in mind especially when you are placing an order with a Next Day or Overnight shipping method. 

All USPS, UPS and FEDEX shipping methods include up to $100 in insurance, if you need to purchase additional insurance please contact me.

Please select the correct shipping method at time of checkout in order to receive your order in time. I will not email you to let you know that you chose the wrong shipping method or need to upgrade the shipping method as I receive hundreds of orders a week and this interrupts processing time. Every order is important to me and I try to get them out as fast as I can.

Sometimes there are unexplained postal delays, especially around any postal holiday, so please take that into account when you choose your shipping method. Shipping time frames are estimates only and not guaranteed unless noted. USPS suspends all guarantees between December 22-25. I know shipping is expensive, and I don't want you to pay extra shipping priorities if you do not need it, however please do not choose something cheaper and expect delivery on time. If your party is important to you, choose the shipping method you need. Remember, plan for the unexpected!

Shipping Address: Please make sure the shipping address you enter on the order form is correct with USPS/UPS. If it is incorrect USPS will send it back to me and I will not resend another one for free or give any refund due to the nature of the item. If it is incorrect and UPS finds the correct address, for example a different zip code UPS will automatically correct the address and charge you $18+ for that change. I try to check the addresses before shipping but that verification process interrupts the processing time so please double check your shipping address on form. I understand typing mistakes happen from time to time but it only takes a few seconds to double check it.

UPS and FEDEX will only ship to valid street addresses they do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.  If shipping to a PO Box or military address you will need to use one of the USPS shipping methods.

Packaging: Edible images are shipped in sturdy cardboard envelopes with DO NOT BEND stickers on both sides to ensure your topper is not damaged during shipment. Your edible image is sealed in a plastic ziplock bag and a sheet with detailed instructions and tips on how to apply your topper is included.

Cancellations: Unfortunately once your order has entered the processing stage you will not be able to cancel your order. If you cancel the order before the processing stage there is a 25% cancellation fee to cover the charges I incur. Please ensure you are committed to ordering, as this policy is non-negotiable.

Return Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! I do not accept returns or give refunds on edible images due to the nature of the item. If there is an error on my part I will send you a replacement. I do not give refunds on items that are not received on time due to the postal delays so please choose the appropriate shipping method you need at time of checkout. Remember postal estimates do NOT include processing times.

Reversed Charges:  You agree that, if you dispute a charge with your credit card company, you will pay any charge back costs incurred related to reversed charges as well as the initial charge you are disputing. 

Delayed/Received Late: Please understand once your package has been scanned and in the possession of USPS/UPS/FEDEX, I have no control over the operations or efficiency of the postal service. I can only provide you with the tracking number for your order. You will need to contact USPS/UPS/FEDEX for more information and/or file a claim with them.

Damaged: Images are packaged and protected very well and I have an extremely low rate of damages. However, it does occur on occasion. If your product is damaged during shipment please email me a photo of the damaged edible image to and you will receive a replacement edible image or a store credit minus shipping cost. No replacements or refunds will be given for any damages caused while applying the edible image so please read the detailed instructions carefully and ask any questions before applying.

If your product is damaged during shipment you will need to contact USPS/UPS/FEDEX and file a damage claim.

Lost or Stolen: If your order is lost or stolen please file a claim with USPS/UPS/FEDEX. Refunds will not be given for any returned orders, so please make sure your address is correct. 

Returned to Sender: Orders that are returned to me due to no fault of my own will not be reshipped. I don't physically receive these items as they go to a digital mailbox and they are shredded there. If an order is returned to me and I am at fault I will reship you a new order. Refunds will not be given for any returned orders, so please make sure your address on order form is correct.
