RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of edible images, I do not accept returns or issue refunds. If there is an error on my part, I will send a replacement.
Refunds are not given for orders that arrive later than expected due to USPS/UPS delays. Please choose the shipping method that best fits your deadline at checkout. Postal delivery estimates do not include processing time.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the processing stage. If you cancel before processing has started, a 25% cancellation fee will apply to cover the fees and costs I incur. Please make sure you are committed to your order before purchasing, as this policy is non-negotiable.
Reversed Charges / Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree that if you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company, you are responsible for any chargeback fees or costs incurred, as well as the original charge being disputed.
Banks and credit card companies may charge customers for fraudulent chargeback disputes. Please read the full product description and all shop policies carefully before purchasing.
Delayed or Late Packages
Once your package has been scanned and is in the possession of USPS or UPS, I no longer have control over the delivery process, delays, or carrier operations. I can only provide the tracking number for your order. For delivery updates, delays, or claims, you will need to contact USPS or UPS directly.
Damaged During Shipping
Edible images are packaged carefully and protected very well, and damages are rare. However, damage can occasionally happen during shipping.
If your edible image arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damaged edible image to edibleimages@sweetcustomcreations.com. You may receive a replacement edible image or store credit, minus shipping costs.
No replacements or refunds will be given for damage caused while applying the edible image. Please read the application instructions carefully and ask any questions before applying.
If your package was damaged during shipment, you will also need to contact USPS or UPS directly to file a damage claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with USPS or UPS. Refunds are not given for lost, stolen, or returned orders.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Returned to Sender
Orders returned to me due to no fault of my own will not be reshipped or refunded. Returned packages are sent to a digital mailbox and are shredded there, so I do not physically receive them.
If an order is returned due to an error on my part, I will reship a new order.
Refunds are not given for returned orders, so please double-check that the shipping address on your order form is correct before submitting your order.
