Personalization Information

Add a sweet personal touch to your edible image! Images can be personalized with a message for any occasion, and personalization is always optional and included at no extra charge. 

Please note: Personalization messages are most visible and easier to read on larger edible image sizes. Smaller sizes may limit how large the text can be printed.

To add personalization, type your message in the “Personalization Message” box on the item you are ordering. Please enter the message exactly how you want it to appear on your image, including spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and any special instructions.

You may also include details such as:

• Font color
• Font style
• Placement on the image
• Any other design requests

To help avoid multiple proofs and processing delays, please make sure all personalization details are complete and correct when placing your order.

If you do not want your image personalized, simply leave the personalization box blank.

Proof Requests

If you request a proof before your order is printed and shipped, your personalized image will be created and emailed to the email address entered on your order form within 24-96 hrs/1–4 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding postal holidays.

Please note that processing and shipping may be delayed while waiting for proof approval. If no response is received within 2 days, your order may be printed and shipped within the posted processing time of 2–6 business days to help prevent further delays.

Please be sure to enter a valid email address at checkout and check your email often. Proof emails may sometimes go to your spam or junk folder. To help make sure you receive all emails, please add edibleimages@sweetcustomcreations.com to your contacts.
