To receive 20% off your next order, please follow the steps below:

Submit a photo or video review of your finished product using the edible image you purchased from Sweet Custom Creations.

You must use the specific product review request form that is emailed to you for that order. This email is usually sent from Sweet Custom Creations within 14 days after your order ships, with a reminder usually sent within 10 days after that.

Your photo or video review must include:

• The specific edible image purchased with that order number
• A finished product showing the frosting sheet applied/used
• A review title
• Written review text

Please do not submit a photo of the frosting sheet by itself. The photo must be of a finished product that the frosting sheet was used on.

Please do not submit duplicate reviews, photos, or videos. Please also do not submit photos or videos using images that were not purchased from Sweet Custom Creations, or from a different order than the one connected to the review request.

After your review has been posted, please allow up to 1 hour to receive your discount code. The discount code will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please double-check your spam or junk mail folder, as the email may go there. Do not repost your review during this time, as duplicate submissions may be marked invalid.

If a duplicate review is submitted, or if these guidelines are not followed, your review may be marked invalid and you may not receive a discount code. Continued misuse of the rewards program may result in removal from the program.

These guidelines help keep the photo rewards program fair and prevent misuse by those submitting reviews only to receive additional discounts.
